Indiana recorded 24 measles cases in 2026 as of Sept. 30, per the Indiana Department of Health: Switzerland and Wayne counties 6 each, Parke 4, Adams 3, and Allen, DeKalb, LaGrange, Ohio and Randolph 1 each. Unvaccinated Fort Wayne Zoo visitors faced a 21-day quarantine after a Sept. 27 exposure.
